The Hebridean Jam Company makes jams and preserves from as locally sourced fruit as possible. Sometimes from our own croft at The Old Post Office, 16 Upper Carloway. We also makes traditional chocolate tablet and novelty biscuits. The products are currently available from the Lewis and Harris Horticultural Producers market stall on Saturday mornings in Stornoway; and also from The Wee Food Cupboard at The Blue Pig, Carloway. Bulk orders can be made to order.
