1. Application & Terms of use

1.1 You may use the directory provided that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the directory. If you use the directory, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to change these Terms by posting any changes on the website. The new terms will be effective immediately after they are posted, and you agree to be bound by the most current version. Please check these conditions periodically for any changes that have been made.

2. Permitted use of information

2.1 We recognise that when you obtain access to the Directory, your computer downloads a copy of the Information on the Directory.
2.2 By obtaining access to the Directory, you agree that you will use the Information in keeping with the specific prohibited uses listed below.
2.3 You are expressly prohibited from:
(i) Selling or trading in any Information obtained;
(ii) Using or redistributing Information to others for purposes prohibited by this section (3.3);
(iii) Using the Information to do any act, make any omission, or make any statement, which in our opinion is likely to bring into disrepute the reputation of the partner organisations (HIE, CnES?);
(iv) Modifying the Information or merging the Information with any other data;
(v) Using the Information for indiscriminate telemarketing, direct marketing, viral or other electronic marketing activity on your own behalf or for the benefit of another party;
(vi) Using the Information for the purpose of mass mailing questionnaires, reply cards or similar for the purposes of data capture or verification
(vii) Permitting or allowing the Information to infringe or otherwise prejudice our proprietary rights.
